English Language Immersion Stays

Hi my name is Jo, I am originally from New Zealand and have lived in France for 8 years. 

I am a CELTA qualified English teacher and as someone who has lived abroad a lot I have plenty of experience of learning languages myself and teaching others. 

I know how important it is to get "Real Life" experience with lots of opportunities to speak rather than studying books!! 

Join me for a fun learning experience and progress your English language quickly.

Your accommodation will have an ensuite shower room and you will have access to a kitchen to use throughout your stay. 

Prices include Accommodation, all meals and a 1.5 hour one on one lesson each day (except for arrival day).  Extra lessons available throughout your stay if desired.

Typical Days Schedule:

Arrival Day after 3pm -

Meet and greet and settle you into your room. 

Weather permitting a walk around the village with my two friendly dogs Amber and Roobi and we can have a chance to chat and assess your needs.

Freetime before dinner if desired or you can help me cook!

Dinner around 7pm together and possibly with my husband or any friends who may be visiting you will be welcome to join us and practice speaking English.

Day Two (typical full day routine) 

Breakfast around 9am discuss the day ahead.  

Morning Lesson - 1.5 hours one on one - a chance to focus on areas that you may be struggling with.

12.30 until 2.00 Lunch together

2.30 - 5pm  Afternoon - an excursion away from the house. (to be arranged nearer the time but may include things like shopping, visiting English speaking friends and similar type things).

5-7pm Free time before Dinner or walk with me.

Dinner around 7pm.

Evening you are free to stay and chat with me or  do your own thing or you can squeeze another lesson in here if you like. 

It can be quite an intensive and tiring experience speaking a foreign language for an extended time so you are free to do as much or as little as you like while your here. 

Prices: 

- Minimum 2 night stay - 350 euros - includes 2 nights accommodation, 1 x 1.5 hour lesson, meals, excursions.

- Extra nights 200 euros - includes Accommodation, 1 x 1.5 hour lesson, meals, and excursions. 

- Extra Lessons 50 euros - 1.5 hours
